Happy Birthday Kiki!
Cutting Down the Tree
This is the tree I want...and I got! Yep, all 15 feet of it!
Mom wanted a pre-lit fake tree and Dad was determined not to go that route so we ended up going for a hike and cutting down our own tree. Mom had gone for a run on Saturday to scope out the options so we all headed in on Sunday to choose a tree.
Dad cut the tree down very quickly and attached it to my sled to pull it out to the truck. I helped with the pulling a little and then Mom carried me the rest of the way out.
We knew it was tall when we were cutting it down, but I'm not sure Mom and Dad realized just how big it was until they stood it up in the house. We even had to go out and buy four more strings of lights and some ornaments to help fill it in.
We are getting ready for the holidays here way earlier than ever before (and probably ever again). Even Mr. Hank already has his Christmas collar on.

Happy Thanksgiving
Finally it was time and everyone arrived - 15 total including us three little ones. I had so much fun making most of the adults crawl through my tunnel and playing with Emerson. Thanks everyone!
It sounds like the adults had a very good feast and everyone was very full by the time they sat down to watch the football game. I continued to entertain and boss everyone around. At one point I had about 6 grownups with their hands in the air dancing with me. All on my command. Oh, I love it!
Photos are of Emerson Kennedy and me riding our Striders and saying goodnight.

1st Ski Day of the Season
Although I never actually put on my skis, we had a great ski this morning at Sunlight. Mom, Dad, Rachel, Mavis, Jen and I skinned up and enjoyed a nice ski down. Getting a free ride on Dad's back while everyone else works hard is pretty fun. I'm getting very excited for the ski areas to open so I can ride the chairlift and ski down on my own.

Painting
Not much else is happening. Kiki and T got me a really cool new table that's all mine! I have really been enjoying tea parties with BaaBaa, Baby and Big Bunny. Mom and Dad need to get a photo because it's super cute.
Lots of snow today! I'm getting really excited to ski but the mountain doesn't open for another few weeks. In the meantime, Dad and I went for a ride on the snowmobile this morning while Mom skinned up Aspen mountain.
